The Retro Edinburgh Festival Express
Bank Holiday Monday 28th August

Due to popular demand, we are re-running our ‘Edinburgh Festival Express’ tour. 2017 is the festival’s 70th anniversary, and is expected to be bigger and better than ever. The specially chartered train will pick up at Chesterfield, before taking the Hope Valley line towards Greater Manchester and round towards West Yorkshire. We then look forward to a fast run along the East Coast Mainline, arriving in Edinburgh just before lunchtime.

There will be plenty to see and do in the city, where we will have over four hours break. The train will return south in the evening, returning you to your origin station. We have requested a DRS Class 68 locomotive to haul this tour.

Most tickets were dispatched on 19th August, however the last few will be sent on Monday 21st. If you haven't recieved these by Thursday 24th, give us a call to check your seating allocation.
